One Account Rule: Each individual player is entitled to register and operate exactly one bg88 account. Account Management

Account Closure and Suspension
You may request closure of your bg88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times. bg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering or other criminal conduct — without obligation to provide a reason in cases involving suspected criminal activity.
Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be marked as dormant. bg88 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Deposits & Withdrawals
bg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bg88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals through any other payment method or currency without prior written authorisation.
Deposits
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Deposits are credited to your bg88 account in real time upon confirmed receipt. In the rare event of a deposit delay, players should retain their transaction reference number and contact bg88 support.
- bg88 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bg88 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on bg88. bg88 reserves the right to decline deposits that appear to have no genuine gaming intent and are submitted purely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via the bg88 account cashier, subject to KYC verification being complete.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bg88 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests below this threshold.

Sports Betting
bg88's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet acceptance confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
- The minimum single bet stake is ৳50.
- bg88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any player at any time without being required to provide a specific reason.

Technical Malfunctions

Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

Limitation of Liability
